桌球室使用須知 Table Tennis Room Rules

1. 為維護使用者之權益，請愛惜使用本中心設備，並遵守各項使用須知。

It is everyone’s responsibility to follow all the rules while using the center’s facilities in respect of the rights of all users.

2. 使用本設備請先於１Ｆ櫃枱購票後，始可入場使用。

Please purchase tickets at 1F Reception Counter before using the facility.

3. 公益活動為回饋社會服務，請使用者更珍惜場所並遵守入場規定。

Please follow the rules during Public Charity session as it is for social services purposes.

4. 患有高血壓、糖尿病、心臟病、傳染病、飯後一小時內、血壓過低、酒後、嚴重睡眠不足時或其他任何身體不適者，禁止使用本設備。

People with contagious diseases, unstable blood pressure, diabetes, heart conditions, had meal within 1 hour before, in drunken state, in sleep-deprived state, under impact of medication or any other unfit health conditions are not allowed to use the facility.

5. 活動民眾必須穿著運動服裝及軟底運動鞋進入場地，禁止穿著拖鞋、皮鞋、高跟鞋、木屐或其他不合場地使用規定之鞋類進入。

Please wear appropriate exercise clothing and soft-sole athletic shoes and do not wear slippers, leather shoes, high-heels, clogs or other inappropriate shoes to enter the facility.

6. 場地內嚴禁吸菸、喝酒、飲食（開水、礦泉水除外）、嚼檳榔或口香糖。

Only drinking water is allowed in the facility; other beverages including alcohol, and food, chewing beetle nuts or gum and smoking are not allowed in the room.

7. 活動民眾應於設備租借時間內使用，如非租用時間禁止擅自進入使用。

Please use the facility during the rental period; entry to use the facility during other times is prohibited.

8. 使用館內場地時，請注意使用時間，勿超時佔用（包括公益活動），尊重下一位使用者的權利。

Please pay attention and do not exceed the rental time (including public charity time session) while using the facility in respect of the rights of others.

9. 個人貴重物品、財務請自行妥善保管，若遺失本中心恕不負責。

Please be responsible in keeping all your own important personal belongings in secured locations; the center is not responsible for any lost items.

10. 本場地所舉辦的各項活動，請依規定報名參加，禁止私下他用。

Please register for any planned activities in the facility and do not use the facility at your own will.

11. 嚴禁本中心教學課程以外之教學行為。

Personal teaching is not allowed other than the classes provided by the center.

12. 非體育活動經本中心核准出借使用時，須另訂契約並依約辦理借用手續。

Contract and facility rental process should be in place for any non-athletic events approved by the center.

13. 如有租借/使用各項器材，於使用完畢後，請立即歸還並排列整齊。

Please place any equipment which are rented or used back to their original positions after use.

14. 若因使用不當造成設備/器材毀損，本中心有權要求損壞賠償。（賠償細則請參照器具租借須知）

Equipment caused by misusage will be charged for compensation (please refer to equipment rental rules for details)

15. 活動民眾禁止攀坐、跨越圍布以及倚靠球桌。

      Please do not sit on, step over the surrounding wrap, or lean on the table tennis table.

   16.  為維持環境及安全，如有違反使用須知、不聽從教練指導或因個人因素而影響他人權益或導致受傷時，本中心得立即禁止使用(不予退費)並不負賠償

   責任。如有對本中心人員實施言語或肢體暴力，或有該行為之虞者，本中心有權永久禁止其入場或取消其會員資格或優惠。

The center reserves the right to prohibit use of the facility in concern to its environment and safety and is not responsible for reimbursement and compensation for any injuries or violation to others caused by personal factor or not cooperating with the rules and coach instructions.       

17. 本中心保有依現場實際情況增列或修改本使用須知規定之權利。

      The Center has the right to alter the rules according to actual site situation.

兒童遊戲室使用須知 Kid’s Game Room Rules

1. 本遊戲室限制6歲以下兒童使用。(使用時需家長陪同，以免發生意外）

      Children under 6 years old are not allowed to enter. 

     (Children require parent’s guardian to avoid accident)

2. 進入遊戲室請脫鞋，並於鞋櫃內排放整齊。

Please take off the shoes and place them orderly before entering the room.

3. 嚴禁在遊戲室內飲食或嚼食口香糖。

Chewing or gum, drinking and eating are not allowed in the place.

4. 請避免大聲喧譁及吵鬧。

Please keep the noise down and no frolicking.

5. 請家長注意小朋友自身安全，嚴禁小朋友在本遊戲室內做出推擠等危險動作，以維護孩童自身安全。

Please beware of your own children’s safety and refrain children from dangerous activities such as pushing to ensure safety.

6. 嚴禁攜帶本中心玩具回家，如經發現除依法送辦外，須照價賠償。

Please do not steal toys from the center or else law reinforcement and compensation will be strongly enforced.

7. 嚴禁在本遊戲室更換尿片，如需更換請至洗手間。

Please do not change diapers in the room.  Changing diapers in the bathrooms are recommended.

8. 嚴禁小朋友在遊戲室內便溺。

Children are prohibited to relieve bowls in the room.

9. 請共同維護遊戲室內整潔，如有疑問請洽詢1樓櫃檯服務人員。

Please maintain the cleanliness and order of the room.  Please ask 1F service counter staff for any inquiries.

10. 本中心保有因活動、課程等需要，開放或關閉本遊戲室之權利。

The center has the rights to open or close the room due to needs of special activities and classes.

   11.為維持環境及安全，如有違反使用須知、不聽從教練指導或因個人因素而影響他人權益或導致受傷時，本中心得立即禁止使用(不予退費)並不負賠償

   責任。如有對本中心人員實施言語或肢體暴力，或有該行為之虞者，本中心有權永久禁止其入場或取消其會員資格或優惠。

哺集乳室使用須知 Breastfeeding Room Rules

1. 配合行政院衛生署母乳哺育政策，及兩性工作平等法之精神，特設置本哺(集)乳室（以下簡稱本室）並訂定本要點。

According to the breastfeeding regulations of the Ministry of Health and gender equality, the breastfeeding room is installed with the following rules.

2. 本室開放時間配合本中心開館時間：週一至周日，上午06:00至晚間22:00。

Opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 6am to 22pm.

3. 服務對象：有哺(集)乳及寶寶更換尿布需求者；非哺(集)乳婦女於非緊急情形需進入本室者，須經本中心管理單位同意後始得進入。

The purpose of the room is for breastfeeding and diaper changing. Special request for entry can be granted by the center management to those non-breastfeeding women in need under non-emergency circumstances.

4. 使用本室者請於使用前至本中心服務櫃檯填寫「哺(集)乳室使用者登記簿」。

Please fill out the breastfeeding room use log at the service counter before use.

5. 使用本室前應先敲門，進入後請上鎖並於門外門把掛上「使用中」標示牌，使用後將「使用中」標示牌放回門內門把，離開時請記得將個人物品攜離。

Please knock before using the room, lock the door with occupied sign hanging on the outside door handle during use, and return the sign back on the inside door handle after use. Please remember to take all your belongings with you when you leave.

6. 哺(集)乳之物品請善加愛護，請勿攜出及擅自移動，如有故意損害情形應照價賠償；個人攜帶至本室使用之自備品如吸奶器、奶瓶、冰桶、嬰兒用品或其他設備，請標示姓名與聯絡電話並負責保管。

Please use all the items in the breastfeeding room with care and do not take away or relocate at your own will as you are responsible to compensate for any damages. Personal items will need to be clearly indicated with your full name and contact number and under your custody.

7. 冰箱除存放母乳、代用空瓶、集奶容器、集奶設備或管理單位許可物品外，不得放入其他物品，並應標示姓名及集乳時間與聯絡電話。存放於冰箱之母乳勿隔夜存放，若發現存放過期之母乳或不合規定之物品，管理人員有權逕行處哩，原放置人不得異議。

Please do not place items that are not allowed by the management in the refrigerator.  Please clearly indicate your full name, breast milk collection time, and your contact number on the items. Please do not store breast milk in the refrigerator overnight; management staff has the right to discard expired breast milk and items that are not allowed.

8. 使用本室如有任何疑問或需協助者，請洽本中心服務人員。
